Agreement
By accessing WhatIsMyTools.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Ehtisham from Karachi, Pakistan, as an individual project offering free browser-based diagnostic tools.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the tools to harass others, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, overload infrastructure, scrape in a way that degrades service for other users, or violate applicable laws. We may block abusive traffic without prior notice.
Third-party advertising
The Site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and other third-party networks. Advertisers may use cookies or similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. Your relationship with advertisers is subject to their terms and policies.
Intellectual property
The Site’s design, branding, and original text are owned by the operator unless otherwise noted. You may link to the Site freely. You may not copy large portions of content for commercial reuse without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. IP geolocation, speed tests, and other readouts depend on third-party data, network conditions, and your device—errors and variance are normal.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Site (which is zero for typical visitors).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Karachi, Pakistan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
